Welcome to Fishing Creek Outfitters

 

We are a North Carolina deer, turkey and upland bird hunting guide service.  We offer full service hunting packages  which can be customized to suite your needs.  We are located in Northeastern North Carolina in Edgecombe County near the town of Tarboro.  Approximately 30 minutes from I-95, 1.5 hours east of Raleigh and 10 minutes North of Highway 64.  We also have land in Martin County.

We welcome all hunters and guests, and our goal is to make your visit with us a great and memorable experience.  We will cater to your expertise level, from the seasoned veteran who wants to do it all themselves, to the newcomer who needs a lot of assistance or guidance.  Our top priority and number one goal is 100% success for all hunters, especially first time hunters regardless of age!

 

2006-2007 Season Report

 

We are happy to say that we had a very successful 2006 season.  We had about 20 hunters in camp and all that hunted a full three days either killed a deer or had an opportunity take one.  Many of the hunters took home multiple deer.   Again this year we had several young hunters get their first deer.  We are very proud of that fact and continue to make that one of our top outfitting priorities. 

 

We also had a successful turkey season with 100 % opportunity and 33% success for the three hunters that were in camp.  We want talk about the shooting or the number of misses, but let’s just say that why it’s called hunting.  Of course that also means there’ll be more birds for next year.

 

More About Us

 

Our goal is to be one of the top hunting guide services in North Carolina.  Currently we offer season long archery,  black powder and rifle deer hunting. 

Our four day deer hunting packages include room and board, three meals a day and transportation to and from deer stands.  Five and six day hunts are also available on a limited bases. 

 

Our turkey hunts are for two days.  They are fully guided and also include room and board, and three meals a day.  

 

During the 2007-2008 season we will begin offering upland bird hunting.  A variety of hunting packages will be available.  Please give us a call for rate and booking information.
